Midtown Doral opens its first condo building

The developers of Midtown Doral have opened the first of four condo buildings in their massive $230 million mixed-use project in the rapidly changing city.

Partners Do JQ Group of Companies and Optimus Developers announced Thursday that closings had begun at the first 153-unit building along the eastern side of Northwest 107th Avenue.

The eight-story building is one of four condo wholesale MLB jerseys towers going up as part of Midtown Doral’s first phase, which will have 537 condos and 68,500 square feet of commercial space.
